he didn't dodge them. Story is literally part of "Batman: R.I.P." Darkseid was damn near dead at this point. This was at the end of "Final Crisis", where Darkseid's merely slow dying MAJORLY fukked up DC.
That bullet/gun was a New God weapon designed to kill New Gods. Darkseid was dying because of a war between them. That weapon is fallout from the war.
