Besides the obvious reason that billionaires would lose a TON of money one of the other reasons it would never be a civil war is because we would need a WAY more aggressive Democratic party then we currently have for it to ever get to that point

2020 showed us how weak that we all are. We aren’t ready for any type of discomfort that comes along with war. You would have people committing suicide left and right.

This sounds dystopian and is a Rand Paul fever dream. At this point it’s 50 separate nations not a United StatesThe way America is set up is perfect. 50 separate states with the Feds. The issue is the Feds over reach of power.
Imagine a world where the Feds only protected the citizens rights, the national borders and interstate commerce. Each state would do it’s on thing and if you love community you would move to California. If you love autonomy you would move to Texas.
Each state handle its own retirement, Medicare/health insurance, education etc. Feds only make sure the borders are protected and each state doesn’t shyt on its citizens.
