Why Popeyes' service be so damn slow even when they only have a few customers?

Popeyes is always dead but they take 20 minutes Inside or drive thru.

i believe bad management plays a role. They are unorganized and do not plan accordingly.


in and out or chick fil a can give the 20 minute excuse because they always have a line of cars out to the street
