As in let's them set up shop and take over blocks of the country's second must populated city down town area. Imagine there being a "SKID ROW" in Lower manhattan? He'll no. fukk no. In Cali they more humanitarian. Ny they'd be the fukk outta there.
Well downtown LA used to be :trash:so a skid row on the edge of downtown was :ehh: but now since DTLA is on a major come-up they're pushing Skid Row further and further out.. In about 2-3 years skid row in DTLA will be a thing of the past. Manhattan in NY was always the center hub of the city so the rich wasn't f*ckin' with that homeless sh*t. Its only a matter of time before DTLA will push that sh*t to East LA or somewhere else

We'll, my peoples live in this tower in DTLA. And they payed like 700k for this luxury on bedroom. There's this fire as taco truck in from of their building at night:noah:. And u gotta fight thru the homeless beggers just to get from the building door to the taco truck. I just assumed gentrification woulda already solved this problem since during my most recent time in DTLA It's clear that more people with money live there.

Just seem to me like the homeless have rights and nobody fukks with them in LA

Give it another two years max.. Skid Row is gonna be pushed to East LA. Too many people with money want to live in DTLA now. The homeless panhandling and sleeping on sidewalks is gonna be a no go

interesting. here in NY, that shyt just doesnt fly. First, the weather is a bytch in the winter (even worse in Chicago/Boston) and you cant be on some homeless shyt and guilt trip people here in into giving you $$$. Theres too much panhandling competition in the city and the flat out beggars get nothing. There will literally be dudes with no arms on the trains begging and shyt. I've seen trailer trash CAC chicks sitting at the base of stairwells in the subway begging for $$ with newborn babies in their hands and people will step right around them like its nothing. As far as transients go, those cats are priced out of the bum community. They cant afford to be poor here so most either avoid NY or get a shytty job at a hipster coffee shop.
Chicago 5,922(2.715 million)
LA 23,539 (3.858 million)
Boston 7,255(636,479)
NYC 48,471(8.337 million)
San Francisco 7,000–10,000(825,863)
