Thanks yall!
Yeah Kannapolis is super run down lol. I’m just lucky that I’m like right at the Concord/Kannapolis line and don’t have to deal with that bullshyt. My area is quiet and everybody keeps to themselves which I absolutely love. Concord and Kannapolis is like night and day.
I enjoy ATL. My gal is from here, and I’ve started my family out here. The people are friendly, there’s always something to do, and it’s right in the middle of my people in NC and MS, but I just miss home, man. I’m by myself out here, and even though I’ve got my girl and her fam out here, I just miss being around my folk. Wifey graduated from A&T with me, so she’s very familiar with NC, but I can tell she’s not ready to leave her fam here in the A, yet. I’ll put the pressure on her again about moving, once our daughter ages. With or without her, though, I’m going homeWhat you not enjoying about the A breh? Too much traffic? Too big? Atlanta's got literally everything you want as a black man...and the A&T Alumni Association in Atlanta is huge, have you reached out to them yet?

.The only complaint I would probably have is the commute. I live in Concord/Kannapolis abc it takes me about the same time to get to work near Uptown.

nikka don't nobody hate on Charlotte

I like Charlotte so far. I moved here back in Feb, from Philly. I don't know how anyone can hate on it.
How was that transition though? especially moving from Philly where it's something poppin almost every day to Charlotte where I'm sure down south things r more spread out.
Independence stopped my little cousin from getting a state titleshyt, I moved from NC to ATL and now I’m trying to get back home. I eventually will one day, and I’m taking my ass to Charlotte. I used to shyt on Charlotte heavy back in the day (their metro area high school football teams use to smash on us in Winston all the time), but
I love Charlotte, and try to escape their every chance I get. Was just out there this past weekend, and had a blast.
