Why some people reply above the quoted box?

that only happens for me when I don't wait for the quote to load and I immediately start typing. (desktop version).

I post from my phone sometimes, and I still post under the quote box.

I post above because when I quote and start to type it gets in the box.

if i use the other coli skin then i get them google play redirections to download apps
and have to turn off javascript

so this is the best
