I didn't say more games is the problem. I just said they should really focus on improving the franchises they have now and the ones that's been dead for a while(Ape Escape, Jak and Daxter, Medevil) instead of churning out new IP's after another. Modnation Racers seems stupid now that LBP karting is out. Playstation All stars is a fun game but Sony looks like they didn't give Superbot a big budget to make the game so presentation wise it's stale. Kill Resistance off, Killzone is better. Killzone 4 needs to get it's more Killzone 2 ish grittiness back and that dark, greyish look it had. It really stood out. Killzone 3 still had it but the brighter themed levels kind of ruined it. I liked the way Killzone 2 felt like some raw ass futuristic shooter but with a more simple industrial feel.
I like pretty much most of the first party outings on PS3 but there are some that clearly needs more focus to really shine in all departments.
Agree with most of this, but I'd say instead of killing off ips they should just calm down on sequels and work with the old stuff like you said, kz3 should be coming out right now, two years ago we shoulda had another ratchet and clank, or jak game, they would have room for all these series if they put more time in between games
Sony is also awful at marketing, there's no reason for uncharted not being as big as gears right now. Psn+ is good but you have to actually buy it to see how good. They are terrible at explaining the value and benefits of psn+
where they do that at? the last time i tried to move my brothers xbox while he was play nba2k13, it scratched up his disc so bad i had to buy him a new one. i was so used to moving my ps3 around while playing a game that i though that shyt was normal...for all systems..gues not..
