both are lower end, man. but neckbones are even lower. Meat is just going up in general. Meat has always been a "luxury" no matter how "low end" the cut/type of meat is.

No joke, but I've been getting quality steaks cheaper than oxtail the last few years in the tri-state area. I'm talking about NY strips and rib-eye are per pound cheaper than ox tail, now.
