Tsyzu is a super welterweight fighter with no belts, no international status yet and no wins outside of bums and already beaten badly opponents (aka has beens.)

He's moving up the rankings but has had under 20 fights domestically.

Crawford is a welterweight with one belt WBO and has belts at 3 weight divisions.

Tyszu can't make that weight (welterweights.)
