No I play multi plat games to AC, Destiny, tomb raider etc etc... And there is no way I can justify missing out on the exclusives I have played for potenially less jaggies, 1080p or dlc content 1st in any of those games. Not only that But the exclusive games have been the ones I've enjoyed the most on Xbox one, Dead Rising, Ryse, Titanfall, Killer instinct, Crimson Dragon, and I'm waiting sitting on Fantaisa and Sunset while waiting on the Halo collection.

That's exactly it for me. People complain about the countless rehashes and sequels, and that's exactly what all those multiplats are. If that's all your paying attention to then I could see why you feel there's no innovation or no "real next gen" games. I've played AC BF4, Fifa,Madden, etc. and all of them shyts are boring uninspired rehashes. The X1 exclusive games have been much more fresh and new, varied, and ultimately fun. With X1 you don't even have to consider multiplats and you're eating good.

It may not be monumental but again who pays more for weaker shyt? And the bigger the TV, the more the difference shows.

they arent selling to just enthusiasts. theres no practical reason for the average person to grudge over 980p vs 1080p (or whatever). being realistic, the ps4 is a 400 dollar device that has no use outside of games and apps. on the flip side, there is absolutely no reason to ever turn the xb1 off. you can spend 100% of your cognitive surplus in xb1's OS, every day, and not miss anything from your former media consumption life except for sony exclusives. we all know what the sales look like, but i'll never get how that speaks to quality. didnt vanilla ice sell more than rakim? doesnt mcdonalds sell more than chck fil a?

Most people are getting ps4 because other people are saying get ps4, just like with the ps3. It has nothing to do with the game's for most people right now. My bro in law bought a ps4 because his friend's told him to get one for destiny, and AC...PSN was down on the day he took off to play and he now has a xbox not only because of that but also because he doesn't play indie games and there is nothing else for him to play on it now that he's burned out with destiny.

Well..I guess get a PS4 and find out. I used to shyt all over Sony and the PS3. (Pissed off over the PSN outage and my two PS3 breaking down) But the way Microsoft has gone about it's business, disrespecting the 360 customers and introducing something that is honestly a step back from the 360, I jumped to the PS4...And I'm satisfied. I actually have a backlog of games (thanks to PSN) and since I am double dipping, my old favorite games on the 360, (Tomb Raider, Sleeping Dogs, and Black Flags, The Walking Dead) Look and play x1000 better. I'm not a big FPS player, so Halo and Gears was not my thing. I got to play The Last of US for the first time and . The Xbox One has nothing that is making me want to own one...even the two price drops, or the free games.

This they lost my money with the online/more money and the fact I brought 5+ 360's cause of the RRoD it was just time..

Also I wanted to play last of us and uncharted and infamous type games when microsoft was making NADA but gears n Halo so it was time to switch

Thing is, people will answer these questions, only to have ya'll overly concern xbone fanatics doubt them nonetheless or devalue what we state in play. In reality, there's nearly next to nothing exclusive on the xbone that interests me. Just as the previous M$ consoles and that's even before all there bullshyt comes to play. The polar opposite is true for PS4 and to lesser extent the wii2 (don't own it yet, but about to get one). So I'll have those to consoles this gen and the only time I've ever felt compelled enough to buy a 2nd console tbh.

The fact of the matter is, both consoles have their similarities and they also have their very preferred differences among their players/buyers/owners. So even though at times wonder the same myself, rather than ask continuously what's on the other console worth buying and why their owners want that console over the other (something I still see a lot more from xbox fanboys than ps ones), I just acknowledge this fact of the matter and KIM. Why waste the thought let lone the time to keep asking this shyt? I'd rather be playing the games or at least talking about the ones that actually interest me in this. Most wanted a gaming machine with the additional shyt on the site, not something that was trying to be a jack of all trades and master at none. MS goal was always to try to be this center of the living room shyt and the Xbox One's original direction showed that. The problem is people are connected on their phones, tablets, laptops, etc and that shyt is not what's popping anymore. Smart TVs do a lot of what you describe now without the need of a console. And quality? The quality of a playstation from a hardware perspective has always been greater than Xbox. We really trying to say that Playstation is Vanilla Ice? Are we being serious breh? The same company that arguably has had the most diverse gaming lineup since Playstation 1? The Same one that made DVDS and Bluray discs standard? The same company that made backwards compatibility a standard feature up to now?

Cmon breh. To try and equate the Xbox systems as something premium compared to the Playstation systems is a complete joke.

So you telling me, that you would buy a console that cost more, and has a more unstable network, just to talk games that might be exclusive years from now? My whole point there is nothing to prefer on ps4 right now beside's a brand. That's it... People can't name games because there aren't any, its really that simple.

I don't have to ask people that only like the wii u why they like the wii u. Its apparent, and if I do ask them I get a back list of games and features that I can only find on that system.... The same should be able to be said for every system.
