The reality is that every one of us, men and women, is delusional about ourselves and we believe that we deserve the best of the best. I mentioned it before, but we're wired to think highly of ourselves, no matter what others think about how we physically appear, even if the negatives of what's being said are true. We're not supposed to think we're ugly or not worthy of the best; it goes against the rules the universe has in store for us.

Despite our flaws, individually, everybody on this planet is supposed to believe they are “the shyt” whether it's true or not.

I don't really see hatred for average women. Most women are average. What I do see is anger at average women thinking they are above average men. It is something similar to the dynamic of obese men stating they will never date obese women back in the day. Looking down on those who are on your level, is a delusion that people are apt to call out when seen.
