Funny how he got a pass for skipping town after what happened in the Finals under the guise of this homecoming charade. Thats why I respect the likes of a Popovich/Duncan they could have easily hung it up after 2013, they didnt have anything to prove. I didnt see any of them pack their bags. The hunger they showed last year is what I was expecting from the Heat with LeBron but I guess he's not that competitive.

exactly, like riley said lebron ran through the first door out of town.

Imagine Magic leaving LA after they lost the 83 and 84 finals, or Bird leaving Boston after they lost the 85 finals or DR J leaving philly after the debacles in the 80 and 82 finals.

Not everyone can win 8 straight years like russel, or 3 peat twice like MJ. Teams will lose, that's when you show your competitive drive and heart and come back stronger. From a basketball standpoint only going back to cleveland was stupid. This is what happens when your raised by a single mother, you don't have a male role model in your life pushing you, working you, making you tough, showing you how hard life is and how to overcome it. Lebron has been coddled since 14 and told his shyt don't stink besides the fact it smells like an outhouse when he drops those bombs.

Must've missed when MIA drafted Lebron :ehh:. Can't take anyone associated with MIA criticizing Lebron seriously because the only difference between his departure and his arrival was which direction the plane went.

He should have never left then

:yeshrug:

He made his decision 5 years ago. Ppl got over it. He was with Riley who knows what the fukk he's doing...he should have stayed in Miami for life....better franchise, better management...better current team.

:stopitslime: That's a goddamn lie

You quoted Riley who is associated with the Heat and cosigned a Heat fan. Heat fans have been shytting on him since he left. That and your comparison was off base and did not apply at all. From an outside perspective he left Cleveland to go to MIA, delivered two chips, and then left MIA the same way he left Cleveland.

No. The first time he left a team that had only been to the Finals once and got swept. This time he left a team that went to 4 straight Finals and won 2 championships.

my thing is miami is a better situation for him. If i were him i would've waited 2 more years then re-evaluated everything. Maybe i should've continued more in my post.

But as a bulls fan i'm happy because i don't think they can fukk with us this year.

And this has what to do with the manner in which he left? If Cleveland wins it all in 2010 he stays there. If MIA wins this year he stays there. Only difference is who is swimming in their feelings.

So he ran through the first door out of town to a worse situation because he's not tough and doesn't know how to overcome? :dwillhuh: By the very meaning of those words and phrases they can't all go together.

Strictly from a basketball standpoint...

First off Riley being there makes them a serious team to begin with.

He leaves the Heat with two proven players in Wade and Bosh...a legend in Riley...role players he finally got used to playing with...to go back to friggin Cleveland?

Kevin Love? Kyrie Irving? SOme scrub from St Mary's???

Call me reactionary but it still doesnt make any sense basketball wise. The Spurs are an awesome team...make some tweaks and come back better...dont run to an inferior franchise.

/end rant

This.

Lebron calls himself King but runs from expectations. He leaves Cleveland, OK, promises to win MULTIPLE titles in Miami, but instead goes to the Finals MULTIPLE times and wins twice. Now he runs back home and is trying to win ONE for Cleveland.

Lebron is the equivalent of a dude with a perfect SAT score who starts college as Pre med and finishes as a business management major.
