Gasol?

What makes this Cavs team special(in comparison)? They got some younger pieces, but they got a whole lot of looters in a riot that now need to prove they can play winning bal
Breh Bosh wanted the MAX and Dwayne Wade is visibly fading. Bron has a farrrrrrrrrr more talented squad to work with now than when he did when he was first with CLE and they're younger and have way more potential than the Heat did at the end of the Finals last season.

If anything's premature, imo, is that it's a foregone conclusion that he has more talent to work with in Cleveland than Miami.

Uh no, Lebron wanted the max, Bosh was willing to take less. They gave Bosh max to keep him with the 3 broken up.

The offense should get it together, that defense gonna be some straight horse shyt without trades though. Not one dude on that squad outside Bron and a way past prime Marion that can't make buckets is known for defense

They got names right now (and names that never accomplished shyt at that). A dude like Waiters gonna have to be happy barely cracking double digits most nights.

Right, exactly. And with Miami...everyone knew their role for the most part...less planning for the season. Tweaks here and there...

Unless things just got so toxic in Miami that Wade, Bosh, Lebron just couldnt get along anymore and it had to change...idk. Was Lebron isolating himself?

Bron wanted the Max and to go home. It's really simple. He didn't get the Max because he knew the Cavs still needed bread to have competitive team that would be just like the team he left.

Also, that Heat team is DONE. It's not built to contend with anyone in the West anymore and the Spurs proved it.

LeBron knew that. What could have possibly been brought to that team to make them able to contend with the Spurs and Thunder in the West, let alone the Bulls in the East?
:rudy: The ONLY team in the West that was beating that Heat team last season was the Spurs. OKC, Clippers, or whoever else were not beating Miami

Brolic... Alcoholics
Probably because I didn't imply anything...I flat out said what I wanted to say. :yeshrug:

If your initial reply was about him running to greener pasture then how can you utter that nonsense about building a Spurs like environment when his history doesn't reflect that?

You're right Bron did want the max but the Rockets were the ones that offered Bosh the max contract

Still...I think Bron saw the writing on the wall. Aging Wade, rest of the team was meh and only getting older. I mean Mario Chalmers was running point and they were barking at him every season like he was their little mans.

I think he knew that best case scenario, that team could only get marginally better and he did'nt want to waste his time :yeshrug:

Pretty much everything pointed to fatigue, and a number of analysts and former players agreed that that was probably what caused LeBron to cramp up in Game 1 of the Finals

Winning back to back chips, playing a large amount of minutes all of those years in Miami. It's only logical that Bron as well as other players on the team were worn down.

:wtf: :mindblown:

How does either issue carry with it the implication that his leaving had nothing to do with his team losing? :dwillhuh: From where I sit (making sense) it would seem that those things fly in the face of such an implication. Seriously are you trying to make sense right now breh? :dahell: How does one leaving for greener pastures imply that it had nothing to do with his team losing? :patrice: There are no greener pastures if your team is champ. :heh: How does emulating the squad that just beat you imply that it had nothing to do with his team losing? Why would someone look to mimic a squad they just beat in back to back years? Talk about uttering nonsense. :snoop:

SINY!!
People are quick to write off Miami but keep this in mind.

-Miami put together a good team in the aftermath. Sure Lebron to Deng is a huge downgrade but Deng is still a borderline All-Star caliber player.

-They got a little younger which was needed. Their depth is arguably a tad better then it was last season. Having a lot of veterans is cool, but after x amount of games how much do they have in the tank?

-Wade & Bosh have a lot to prove

-Making Chalmers a small scoring 2 off the bench is better then him handling the point. He's not a point guard, in fact having Lebron & Wade handle the play making probably stunted his development as a point.

Miami will win 50 games this season IMO, how far they go depends on whether they can add an impact player at mid season
