Why the hell the Cavs game comes on at 6PM EST?

What happened to the old format
One East coast game, followed by a West Coast game tipping off at 9:30 Central or 8:30 p.m. if it's Western teams that's on Central time
There's not enough West Coast(Pacific time) teams in the playoffs. Only Golden State. No Phoenix, or Lakers, or Clippers, etc.
