Cutting out a lot of sugar/caffeine/processed foods, cutting out beef/pork, cutting out alcohol (may have a drink once a month, if that), drinking green (and herbal) teas daily, increasing water intake, and increasing the amount of greens I eat daily (always have something like rice/greens everyday), and smoking that good herb have put me in the best physical shape I've been in. I'm not even a gymrat (pretty active tho) and I've leaned out/got cut, and skin is glowing. I feel 10 times better than I did even 2-3 years ago.
