The whole altercation isn't on video. So i can't say whether or not the cop is morally wrong.

But legally? That dude was resisting arrest. And it doesn't matter if you fear for your life, i fear for my life everytime i see a pig, but end of the day you cannot fight them with brute force. Bruh if a cop is putting his knee in your neck cutting off your airway then you would naturally tense up and show some form of resistance. I feel like alot of these cops purposely put people in uncomfortable positions whether it be smothering or chokeholds or whatever which naturally leads to more resistance giving them more reason use obsessive force. i know for a fact they do that shyt on purpose. Like i said they want you to resist. Cuz if they kneel on my neck its justified, but if i even touch them i get charged with felony assault.

i don't have the time or money to fight felony assault charges. So no matter what a cop does to me? i take the L and wait for my day in court. Thats all i can do.
