Case seemed like some bullshyt...the shooter was a promoter though from what I remember and him and Dolla had got into in Atlanta a couple weeks prior,so Dolla and them was eatin at the mall and seen the promoter cat in their too,but he left....then Dolla and them left and they seen dude outside when they left and words got exchanged and the promoter opened fire.....dude obviously wasn't runnin from trouble so I don't see how he could've claimed self defense...sound like a Zimmerman situation,i don't know what threats Dolla made if any but it seemed like he was the aggressor and he fired hella times in somebodys back and at dollas people...but that's how shyt go...played the dudes lyrics in court just like they tried to do Boosie,and how they did to shyne....its real fuked up,then when people don't talk to police and retaliate on they own nikkas is crazy for takin matters in they own hands.


but when its beef between a promoter and a rapper I think its safe to assume bad business...but then again its a lot of "promoters" in Atlanta so that could mean nothing.

i read something bout dolla joining a gang and had already put hands on ol boi. he saw him again and tried to bully him, dude just pulled out and killed him and got off on self defense

According to the chick in the 1st vid, the shooter knew Dolla or one his boy's girlfriend and was talking to her at a club in Atlanta, they stepped to him there thinking he was pushing up on the girl, jumped him or whatever and a few weeks later Dolla and friends are eating at PF Chang's in LA, the shooter happens to be at the same restaurant, sees them there and leaves. Apparently Dolla follows him outside to confront him and ends up getting shot 4 times...
The shooter was acquitted due to self defense, there's an explanation in the 2nd vid. They say Dolla was reaching back when he got shot the first time in the arm and caught 2 shots to the back and 1 to the ass, no homo.
