De Niro was working with 50 in film, Jay withdrew his support for the endeavor. It's very Makavellian, Jay's just quiet about it - not vocalizing his discontent with De Niro. Tupac would of been vocal about such a matter but Jay-Z felt it was better to handle it with more maturity.
