Again, Dungy immediately got a job as soon as Tampa fired him. The league really had it out for him. If he said he wanted to get back into coaching, he would be at the top of most team's lists.

Let's also not act like they didn't have consecutive flame outs in the first round in Dungy's final two years in Tampa, then Gruden gets there and wins a Super Bowl the first year.

Castillo(our run game coordinator) is more of a problem than Caldwell but Caldwell is still terrible

I wouldn't have a problem with him if he had kept Cams playbook from last year but this pistol offense he ran this year was garbage and didn't fit the talent we had and dude never made any adjustments
