Why was Lonzo benched for the 4th Q last night?

So they could close out the game. There had been a couple other Laker games this season where they got a lead with the bench and put Lonzo back in to run point and they lost the game (Pelicans game being one and I think the Portland game was another). Couldn't score. Not saying it's Lonzo's fault but whatever offense Walton has him running in those situations sucks. The Lakers for the most part are team of gunners and once you try to run some slow methodical shyt, it takes them out of their element and they start sucking.

You know what it could be, and I'm being dead serious. Maybe it's the Kobe curse! The Lakers wanted to be Showtime but Kobe was the ball hogging dinosaur sucking the life out of the teams chemistry. Lonzo's game is to Sprint Down court, then he'll let the defense set while he's looking for somebody, ANYBODY to actually do something with the ball. Type of team to have Dion Waiters be the alpha male

If he wasn't coddled as the second coming of Jesus Christ, KD and Jason Kidd, the Lakers going with the hot hand and sitting him in the 4th wouldn't be a problem. But for a guy that's supposedly gonna be "the man", that's a terrible look, especially with his shot being as raggedy as Michael Kidd-Gilchrist.

The whole ebb & flow was different with him in there(More in the Suns favor IMO)

But then Brewer came in and did a good job on Booker....And Clarkson was hitting damn near everything he threw up.
