Problem is why should the Mods involve themselves in banning those based off something someone didn't like? The sad part is people can get banned off stupid stuff and not anything legit.

It takes a lot to get banned. A LOT. It has to be something deeper than "I don't like this person". They have to do some way out of bounds stuff. And even then they'll still get a temp ban.
