He trivializes serious issues of Black oppression and injustice into Jay Z vs. Nas type trolling discussion that obfuscates how important these things are for profit.
He flames and sows division both internally amongst Black people and between Black people of different diasporic origins, but also amongst Black people and everyone else and pushes a chaotic tribalistic worldview instead of one that reinforces bonds based upon shared values, as any decent person with an interest of a better world does…for profit.
He provides cover and excuses for the absolute worst right wing fascist elements of America, and assists in their propaganda campaign with his “both sides/don’t vote” bullshyt…for profit. And he gave a public platform to a prominent white supremacist (and got washed in the debate, not because dude was right but because he was a shytty dumb ass debater and didn’t know how to counter him).
He offers nothing in terms of actual public policy or grassroots organizing that would benefit Black peoples’ living conditions: higher wages, better employment, better healthcare, better education, better community relations, dismantling structural racism, etc. Just flaming and division.
He doesn’t offer one iota of anything of practical value to Black people. Him selling artwork of Black slaves about to get raped by white men in the 1700’s is about a good metaphorical representation of what he offers Black people.
He is no different than Tucker Carlson or Glenn Beck. Just a lying, sociopathic flamethrowing demagogue/grifter who offers frustrated/disaffected people endorphin rushes and scapegoats for their anger at the world and their lives. His very existence pollutes society.
