Why We May Not Be Able to Visit Space in the Future

I read that if u spend too much time in space ur brain can literally begin to stretch and can cause early dementia. I also read that your bones and muscles loose density and u can end up looking like an anorexic.

Combined with the fact that they haven't figured out how to eliminate zero gravity in space yet. Until we can figure out how to get gravity in space like Captain Kirk and Picard our bodies aren't equipped to go anywhere
