Every decade has sus trends. Go watch the Mack and see Goldie wearing a polyester onesie with the v neck that goes down to his crotch 
. The 2000's had sus trends too. The tall tee was originally designed as a woman's nightgown. I remember my teachers in high school saying I was wearing a nightgown to school in my Galaxy 6XL tee. Cam'Ron wearing head to toe pink. 
And fashion nowadays gay as ever.
