dog, when I was a kid I FINALLY made it thru the water level without losing a turtle. that alone should count for something. still couldn't beat that game tho despite coming out the water with all 4 turtles in tact.
TMNT is the hardest fukking game I ever played..hands down
Yo LOL
5:47 bring back hella memories. Tell me grown you wouldn't have just took that shyt back to gamestop.
On the real tho when is the last time you beat a game and punched the air like "fukk YEAH"
It has been a long time on my end.
but the reason for this is 2 fold.
1. You a grown ass man, if the game that hard, you take gonna that shyt back or let it collect dust. nikkas got jobs and kids, fukk I look like struggling trying to get past level 4-2
2. As a kid you really had all the time in the world. So, your repetition game was gonna be epic. If you lower middle class like me you wasn't getting no 4-5 games a year, so you played whatever you had a shyt load. and if you do something a shyt load, you can study it and eventually beat it.

Word. When I had that NES, Genesis, and SNES, I was lucky I had older cousins that would give me the cartridges of games they already beaten.
Mind you, them beat-em-ups were hard as shyt. Double Dragon II was some other shyt, especially the forest stage.
You aint lying fukk that big ass babyi'm playing zombies ate my neighbours right now anddon't know if I can make it through breh; my skills ain't up to par
how did yall dudes do it back in the day? you need superhuman reaction time for some of these games![]()

Back when games really couldn't be beat and just got faster as you advanced through them. Imagine every game basically turning into F-Zero. My skills were sharp by the time NES came around. I've beaten TMNT without losing a turtle. The key to the water stage is to float instead of trying to swim.Yo LOL
