yeah I'm just piecing it together based on old dvds, interviews, the book and what ive been told.
imo...Littles was making money with Mobb...Lakey was sort of interfering with that.

From what I understand P and Hav ran in some different circles, and Hav is also a super introverted producer. So when a lot of old QB drama was going on, Hav was inside making beats. Also Hav was an infamous (pun intended) alcoholic, and I think he had a lot of ‘drunk by myself’ type solo benders.

Mobb got off from Loud/RCA when it became insolvent and then signed a deal with Violator/Jive (Chris Lights) for Amerikaz Nightmare album. 50/50 split. Album did average for the time and then around this time P dropped Violator management instead for Littles to manage them / bodyguard them.
Littles was going in for them at this time. The backstage Central Park fight, getting into it with Cormega on air, trying to setup shows, mixtapes etc. Littles peoples yapped up Alchemist and Neil in his car i wanna say? ALC cut off all ties with QB and P wasn't feeling it either.
Same time Violator/Jive drop Mobb Deep off Jive (album sales, probably Havoc and P drinking and drugs, changing management to Littles etc) and P is concerned as to where they're at.
He cuts off Littles via text, Littles feels some type of way about it, and rightly so, he went to war for them, Mobb is his meal ticket, he now has friction in QB because of them etc. Littles decides to vocally cut his ties off with them to the world and decrease the beef he's created with Goodfellas etc as a result of Mobb/P.
That 12st crew (Infamous, CNN etc) vs Goodfellas is like a greek opera, shyt runs back and forth for years (before and after) P got took by Sherm/Lake at Tunnel.

I wonder how Littles, mega and lake felt about mobb signing with g-unit? We're they still dissing or did they not want it with fif?

I don't know them personally and I'm not in their minds...but I think all three are about their business and making as much money as they can at the end of the day. And if G Unit (who was the hottest label at the time) wanted to sign them, they should have taken it and they would have done the same.
Mega even once said that if he had to do it all over again , he would have signed with trackmasters. He says that he didnt know better, but understood why he didn't do it at the time. But now that he understands the business end of it, he would've handled it differently.

Littles would have been pissed. He was their manager only 6 months prior and this is one of the biggest rap labels in the world at the time. shyt changed for the better for Mobb quickly after getting dropped from Jive.
Lake would have been salty as per usual.
Mega would have been happy for them.

Littles dissed them in a song about. Only line i really remember was "Nas'll never fall off and sign to Jay-Z"...
Also if I'm not mistaken Littles said Alchemist gave Tru Life the drop on Infamous Mobb and them resulting in them getting robbed. And Prodigy still wanted to be aligned with him
