there's no all encompassing reason why anyone cheats... a lot of different reasons. mostly boils down to being selfish.

i truthfully believe most people are being naive when a partner cheats. the signs are there. hell they were when i cheated.

my homeboy got cheated on in high school. silly nikka was bawlin like a lil girl. but he was a clingy ass virgin who got with a known slut. it was only gonna be so long she could wait before getting some dikk.
