Didn’t watch the video, but my guess

Work is worse on workers because : increasingly connected workspace makes people feel like they need to be within reach 24/7. Productivity is increased because of technology but the pay hasn’t kept up for many hourly / blue collar jobs

Work is worse on employers because : Workers feel more empowered, they work from home so out from manager’s thumb, and many people realized their job isn’t curing cancer so they stopped killing themselves for their job.

You should watch the video. No one gives a fukk about employers, nor should they ever give a fukk about how employers feel. The person who makes that video is a leftist and he's very good at what he does

Employers are who hire you, you should care if you want a good employer.

More often than not, people are afraid to speak up. Too scared to ask for a raise, too scared to ask for off days, too scared to go to another company. How are we to advance if people too scared to stand up for themselves?

Just hustle harder and start an LLC. :mjtf:

Just secure multiple passive streams of income. :mjtf:

Just prioritize updating your skill set. :mjtf:

Did I forget any of the vague advice catchphrases these self-help guru frauds love to use in situations like these? :mjlol:

Same as it ever was.

Left leaning journalists and academics continue to rake in money telling us the same stuff we've been hearing.
And the same solution they propose is "voting".
The Millennial version was "Raising Awareness".

How they got all these history degrees and so-called critical thinking, and still get tripped up by the same BS?
These people got us thinking that telling us about fractional reserve banking or off-shoring matters.

It don't. It's just social media trivia.

Like who's gonna stage some direct action at the MBA schools, McKinsey's/Bains, and investment banks?

No one.
