My department is 99% Indian, I know plenty of black males looking for similar jobs. When you get a job, that means somebody didn't. Simple

Religion has a major hold on the continent. And let's be reality, the majority of people in the world don't rock with homosexuality and never will. It is what it is.

I'm not religious myself, but that's not gonna stop me from potentially breaking bread out here. Honestly, I'd take the 'homophobic', 'sexist', but majority black society over the supposedly Post-racial, enlightened whitewashed society we've got here.

This is true. But 10x worse for them. Imagine where you live at now, there were few good jobs available etc. Now your city is booming, crime is down, people are eating. But all of a sudden the Chinese move to your city and start taking up those jobs or at least reduce the openings. You wouldn't feel some type of way about that? They came to your city not to create more jobs but cut into them? Your city did all this work to make things better. Now here they come.
