the answer to blacks constant struggles in america and in the world have every thing to do with group economics
you can attempt to build black group economics in america, but history shows that would be the difficult way

Your plan ultimately is a lateral move. Moving to Alaska means you are still in the US and under its jurisdiction, and thus under the influence of white supremacy. It really doesn't change anything.
Moving to another country, especially one with a big / majority black population (hence African countries being mentioned) is a whole different ball game.

So when you all move to Africa are you all renouncing your American citizenship?
We cant move to another country though. Africa is not going to let us in just because we're black. Ghana used to do something like this but they changed the law about 10 or so years ago.
We can go to a underdeveloped piece of land like Alaska and start black owned businesses and attain power locally within the local judicial system and law enforcement teams simply by having numbers on our side
Not to mention that we wont have to deal with as many cacs as we do here
