USA is the bottom of the barrel in terms of "Liberal Democracies" but by no means am I happy to be here in Canada. The police killed one of my close friends while he was laying on the ground because he wouldn't take his hand out of his hood. They're all varying degrees of hypocritical reality. I don't think Nigeria or Brazil or even Panama is going to be any less corrupt but in realistic terms your average Western black person has the ability to save up to the point where they would live a very comfortable life in those places that would be nearly unattainable in our current countries.

Using our position in the world now to leverage us into a higher more palatable position in the future isn't unjust to the population as long as we do not exclude them from business and create enclaves. There's no reason why AA's can't be the upper class of any beautiful black country and build a more equitable nation from what they've learned.

i think the oficial numbers are blacks are 15 percent of this country, to be 18%+ that would be several millions of black people not counted
