Breh, every single black person I know that went to Africa told me the exact opposite. They tell me the same thing I hear from my family in Jamaica. I hear they love black americans and low key look up to us because of our culture.

My GF goes to medical school with many Africans, and has 2 in her study group of 4. Both of them expressed that their parents did not want them studying with African-Americans because they considered them lazier and dumber than their Indian/Asian counterparts.
Obviously it bullshyt because if you're medical school, you're smart as shyt regardless. It's not the first time I've heard that sentiment in academic circles either.

That's what you HEAR. But you are making the mistake of assuming every culture is homogenous and that we don't have different values. You are basically stereotyping the naive idea that all black people will be cool with you, or each other, no matter our history, heritage, or culture. If you want to move to Africa because the culture interests you, and you feel safer there, do so. But don't you try to move there based on privileged American viewpoint that they are "your peoples" just because of skin color.

Quite possibly the worst empire (yes..I said EMPIRE...what do you call a country with 300+ military bases all over the world) to ever exist. Quite possibly the most evil country in the world second to Israel.
This country is trillions of dollars in debt and has been stuck in perpetual warfare for over a decade.
I'm sorry man...but most white Americans have a very thick headed, politicized, and militarized view of black folk as inhumane...they'll never see us as equal so it's a futile attempt to try to "work things out" when history has shown...that they don't want to.
Some of these white people in the military, politics, the corporate world, and other sectors of American life are just plain evil and mean.
No matter what, they'll never accept us as "American".
It's alright though...this country gonna be a crater in the ground in 100 years anyways when the rest of the world attacks it cause it's sick and tired of it's bullshyt. And that's the truth y'all wanna ignore. At this point in time, America is a motherf*cking bully country of the highest degree.
With all of this military technology and surveillance, I fear for the future of black people here in this country...especially with it's history of
race riots towards blacks...
The Obama years showed me that America is not post-racial and never will be. To even assign itself that role would be to acknowledge and dismantle the racial hierarchy established from centuries of domination, slavery, genocide, and militarization that made it a super power in the process.

Idk how they view Caribbean/Jamaican-American culture. But I thought the general consensus amongst them was that black americans don't have a culture

I grew up in Houston, Texas, one of the most diverse cities in America. I grew up around Asians, blacks, Hispanics, whites, Arabs. So sorry if being around people who look like isn't a priority when moving across an ocean to find a new home. Your world view is so small that the only thing that comes into your mind when considering a new country is what the people look like, and that's fukking stupid.
