Why would someone refuse child support? Help me understand this, brehs.

Word. Yeah I ain't sweating the amount because I basically spent all my money on my girl anyway. I'm just not understanding someone saying they'd rather have nothing.

Honestly, I think she's jealous because she has the kid because she hinted at me "doing whatever I want". Like i literally just work and chill lol. And I miss my kid so I'm not sure why she thinks me not seeing her is some blessing.

She essentially telling on herself and don't want the baby, but still wants to hurt me. It's pathetic.

She won't even acknowledge a written agreement. I been sending about 18 percent. Anyone know how to handle this so I ain't in arrears down the road? shyt makes no sense to me.

It's a no win situation. Sorry. If you send money and she accepts it, Family Court later can say it was a gift and it means nothing. Not pay anything, Family Court and your child's mother can easily claim you are not supporting the child.

notice i used gender neutral words rather than go all femcel/incel like that poster tried to. whoever makes the money is going to pay. i'm pretty sure if i had a kid and had a custody situation i would be paying cuz i generally make more money than most people. there was a thread on here about halle berry getting ordered child support and these jokers were celebrating lol. so they know better, just like to pick and choose when to play victim.
but it al comes down to the kid well being, so if i have to pay for them to live good wherever they are at... so be it. wtf is a couple extra hundred dollars to maintain a kids mental health (to someone who actually waited until they were financially ready to have a kid of course... i can see if you were struggling then it would be stressful but like you say... consequences)
