it kills me how someone could sit in america, having immigrated here, legally or not, and then talk shyt about those of us who've been here for generations. i mean on one level i do understand it, because i have a pretty good understanding of how many of your people you left behind feel about you now. so there's always that insecurity. you don't belong over there anymore and you don't really fit in here. i would probably be a little insecure too if i had to leave here and move to, say, nigeria, after generations of my people have lived here, because, for whatever reason, i couldn't make it over here. but at least i'd have the grace to keep my head down, mouth shut, and not attempt to mock the native born nigerian. however much i may or may not hold them in contempt.
