Why yall nikkas hate common so much?

I love Common, in my top 15 of all time.
I see people underrate him but hate? You got no taste if you say he don't have skill. He's been around for so long I feel like he's over looked more than hated on, kinda like people take him for granted if that makes sense

don't hate him at all, he is a great lyricist but he is pretty boring imo.
The fact he made I Used to Love Her in 1994 when the West Coast was dominating made him a fa99ot ass nygga out here, even to this day

Common is dope. Haven't got into his work much since "Be" though.
My only beef with him is sometimes he is extremely nasal with his voice to the point it's all I can focus on.
He has classic work though.
