Well the first reason no one leaves is that you're basically brainwashed into thinking the entire world is out to get you except Kim Jong Un, secondly, even if you did want to get out, they'd probably kill your whole family.

that said, NK has immigrant workers that get shipped on trains to do projects in China, that would probably be the best chance to escape.

There is video of people getting shot at for trying to escape NK. Ol boy from the USA was tortured to death. I don't need a Propaganda Machine to convince me it's pretty bad. Even if it's not as bad as the video makes it seem, it's still pretty bad.
