speaking of book of rhymes, I remember in an interview nas said during the time he was recording illmatic he lost his book of rhymes in a train or something ans his entourage felt like he lost a lotto ticket.

Luckily he remembered a lot of lyrics and manages to spit fire anyway. Can you imagine the implication of that. Without that lost maybe the lyrics of illmatic would have been much different. And imagine the person who find that shyt, not knowing he had a bible into his hand, probably trashed that shyt somewhere
