what’s y’all method like. Do you apply twice a day? Use a cleanser and exfoliate first and how long before you moisturize with jbco ?

I do twice a day. I believe the best method is to cleanse and exfoliate but I got lazy halfway through and stopped doing that and still got results. shyt rn Im still applying and ive been forgetting so much I basically apply when I remember.
