her husband died BEFORE the tobacco companies were educating people on how they were killing them. I'm willing to bet the court docs were a lot of "they knew they were killing people but did nothing" type of docs.stupidest fukkin thing ive read in a while
23 billionwhy not go for a reasonable sum that you would actually get. and besides, no one deserves any money from tobacco companies in 2014
when did they start telling us that shyt was bad, the 60s?
so when exactly would you say that was?her husband died BEFORE the tobacco companies were educating people on how they were killing them. I'm willing to bet the court docs were a lot of "they knew they were killing people but did nothing" type of docs.
The biggest trick I've ever seen was how they labeled "tort reform" as a positive thing with nearly the wording.Don't trip, a judge will lower this settlement down to 5 dollars or something.
I aint even mad though, i'm sure they can afford it. This is what happens when you let a jury in a civil case. This is also what happens when you have no tort reform in a state, wihch isn't a bad thing.
