There are some things I simply don't do because the potential risk is too high for me to accept. If I'm in certain cities, I don't go to gas stations at night. If I'm in a largely white area, I'm not taking any back roads even if it's a shortcut. And if I'm dating, I'm not touching single mothers. I don't care that the baby father is dead. That's still a potential ticking time bomb of drama from multiple angles.
There are so many single, child-less women (and men!) out there, I don't see a point in anyone seriously dating someone who has kids. Man or woman.
