Props to your wife for handling her disrespect I guess , but if you had a different job you could most likely have been fired. No one was assaulted by physically or verbally. It was just a boss being a a$$hole which is for you to check at work. That’s for you as a employee to address. People don’t have they spouses talk to nobody at they job. that she wouldn’t tell you . She should have trusted that you can handle that situation. And should have understood I can get him fired doing this. It wasn’t serious enough for someone wife to come up to they job bro. I actually been in this situation. My wife told me and I went to work and checked the situation with them and the chain of command so it didn’t happen again . That type of stuff has to be a hard line of “you are never to come up to my job to speak with anyone else about anything job related . I wouldn’t do that to my wife and fukk up her job security for something so minuscule. Mean no disrespect to your wife since she cares obviously. But if you get let go any time soon, please know that conversation was remembered and your job chain of command do look at you worse since that happened . Better believe it .

If they were to terminate due to my wife filing a complaint against them then that would be an example of retaliation, and I would have grounds for legal action. Also the supervisor in question is not my supervisor, technically, I do not answer to them, I answer to the operations manager. had it been me, I would have gone another route, but that's my wife. I will tell her she's wrong in private, but I'm not going to go against her in public or on some forum. And from what i was told, she was very professional in airing her grievances, so I can't really get mad at her for dealing with something she obviously felt was a serious issue.

That being said...a heads up would have been cool.

Everyone that is cosigning and saying your wife did good are wrong...your wife was wrong and this could have gotten you fired etc Your wife should have immediately addressed this with you, she should not have hung up on your manager or whoever called, she was out of line, her heart was in the right place but she is acting waay too masculine for this to be co-signed. If my wife showed up to my job to confront one of my bosses, that would be a big problem for my wife....Check your wife breh, keep her in check because this type of behavior is how men end up unemployed.
