I didn't think Parker had THAT kind of athleticism





That was nothing special, definitely not good enough to use as an example to prove he's some great athlete. Parker is being overrated on here because now it's cool to say Wiggins is trash. Guarantee Wiggins out plays Parker Tuesday and yall gonna see what happens when Parker goes up against real competition.

Personally though I'll take Randle over both, especially once he settles down and gets under control

I dunno when I watch both of these dudes I see a guy who's been getting by purely off of his athleticism and I see another guy who actually has fundamentals. Wiggins looks like he'd be a great person to have in an auxiliary role but Parker looks like he could be an actual piece to build around.

Imagine how much more Wiggins will look when the athletic gap gets cut even shorter at the next level.

Randle is a monster at this level. 6"9 250 being able to move like he does is simply going to cause problems. Hell Jared Sullinger looked like an "All-Star" in college. Parker has the fundamentals down to a T. Same way Melo did in college. We all knew Melo was going to be an offensive talent in the league. Parker has the same attributes. He's jab stepping and hit threes, coming off screens hitting threes. In the post no dribble, turning around and hitting. His footwork is already pro-ready and as we can see his lack of athleticism is severely overstated.

Randle is nice but that "point forward" sticht ain't really going to happen. Yeh he has the talent enough to do it, but you have to have maturity and the craftiness to do it. I honestly don't think he's going to progress much in that offensive because it is already so talent rich especially in the post. He'll put up gaudy numbers but I don't think it will be a display of offensive moves. His only move off the dribble is the pump fake up and under. He must had done it at least 50 times. Reminds me of a lot Z-Bo to make up for the lack of athleticism.

I really like Parker's offensive prowess, Randle playing point forward was because our starting PG was injured. One thing Parker isn't ever going to have is the bull like strength and athleticism that Randle possesses. a 6'9 250 handling the ball like that? he can also make 3's and has GREAT footwork in the post. I've seen a hook shot, shot fake up and unders, spin move layups, spin move kick outs to threes. And lets not overlook Randle's guady rebounding numbers. Parker is extremely skilled offensively. I haven't watched duke though, how is his defense? I've been pretty impressed by Randle's defense. He was out there guarding really quick and small guards in our exhibition games when we were switching. Jabari reminds me of Paul Pierce.

I'm not dissing dude but his projection to the league is ...Where does he fit and again his handles ain't at the level where he can conduct a well oiled machine for 40-48 minutes. I'm sorry it's vastly overstated. He is nimble for his size at this level and he'll dominate but the tape and watching him doesn't show me anything that stands out other then he's bigger/quicker than everyone else on the court at his position.

Jabari being Paul Pierce is great. I think dudes view that as some death sentence when Paul is a HOF. Who does Randle remind you of?

I don't think Parker is going to be the defender Wiggins is, that's for damn sure. Wiggins is going to be a better slasher. It'll be fun to see how Parker performs while being defended by wiggins.
