As you get around election day itself (Nov 2016), it gets a bit more complicated with pre- and post-general election filings, 48 hour filings, etc, but does not seem worth worrying about at this stage.

For the foreign gov't contributions, I'd recommend tweaking the language to say "will continue to receive funding from" rather than "funded by," unless those governments are the only funders of those programs. :sas2:
