Derrr derr yourself bruh...Charities have their OWN bank accounts to comply with accounting for Tax exempt status with IRS reporting ...these accounts have reduced or no fees and alot more oversight to make sure the money isnt diverted.
So why would they give it to slick willie instead? ....

NOPE its not "his" in the official sense ...in practical terms maybe....i worked with non profits before bruh

You MUST have a board of directors and theres a ton of VERY strict rules both Fed and State how money should be handled and accounted for..any deviation puts that Tax exempt status at risk of being revoked.

Then add the complication that he is a former president with acess to intelligence and still active politically and taking foreign money is a legal minefield..

I can tell you for sure the Arabs giving Bill a check instead of wiring the funds straight to the foundation would raise some eyebrows at the IRS and NY attorney Generals office
