All his albums are lowkey trash, as is most Grime artist albums

I enjoy this back to front and Playtime Is Over classic to me

Wiley has albums worth of classic music but the creative process is generally different on Grime. Same as dancehall. The path to legend status is different to Hip Hop which is more album based

If you want some raw energy, check out Ghetts / Ghetto.

Ghetts was probably the first real Grime album I heard with his Rebel With A Cause joint. Loved that one and then Skepta who's prob my fav Grime MC that I've heard so far. I know Grime is big on singles but I'm more of an album man so I mm stuck in that mentality.

Rebel still gets played by me every few weeks.

I really enjoyed JME's integrity miles above his brother's album. Konnichiwa was commercial but had a few bangers. I'm just waiting on some new D double E shyt.

2nd pahze, playtime is over and race against time are 8/10 solid albums

its best to make a best of wiley album out of all his work tbh

2nd phaze is the ONLY album that comes close to being a good album that wiley's made. He can't make albums to save his life. He overthinks them and doesn't really know how to make songs that have direction and resonate with people. But then again you man on here rate konnichiwa so there's no point in stating my opinion still...safe.

coming from you, that is hilarious....and one particular sound from grime? you're dense mate...you're talking to someone who actually owns wiley, chunky bizzle, genius, mondie, jme, lady b-line, flippy smallz hoe refixes, vectra dubplates...i've got a feedback vip on acetate you've never even heard before, you're not my levs when it comes to grime so you can sit down first of all

Devlin went in, defo can see he's got a dogzilla influence now
Bird riddim remix had me like instant nostalgia on that one

deffo one of wiley's best all rounded albums, not many classics but only like 1 or 2 fillers tracks - which is really good for wiley

not a fan of his singing at all
I still think 2nd phaze is his best "album" is he would've used the good tracks from 2nd phaze & playtime's over then it would've been a classic

Kano's album was better for me although it wasn't strictly proper grime it felt more of an album
