I don't see Wayne making a video for every song on his album to accompany the music, I also don't see Wayne making music that can rival his best days at this point in time, he's fallen way too far.

If Beyonce would've announced that she'd drop her new album out of the blue, the same people saying Wayne would flop would've said the same about Beyonce. Remember this is the same site that a couple of months ago had Beyonce on Larry Holmes status.

Logically, Wayne could do it based on what the previous two Carters did (no pun). Releasing an album digitally only without going the traditional promo route could help him. People don't have to spend gas money going to a store to cop a physical version when they could just get it off iTunes. On top of that, it's instant hype. The only luxury Wayne doesn't have is that people already know the title of the album. That might help or hurt him.

Only person at this point who can duplicate this is Dr Dre dropping Detox out of nowhere, but not as super producer Dre but post NWA Dre who made The Chronic.

Before Beyonce dropped her self titled album, people said she was falling off and that she wasn't as popular.

People said Carter IV was a weedplate, frisbee, or wasn't even good enough to be either, but 900K+ flocked to whatever music outlet to cop it. Wayne was written off when that album dropped and many said he'd flop in spite of how big the singles were. Plus, he was coming off two projects that struggled to sell (Rebirth and the first I Am Not Human Being). One struggled to go gold and one struggled to go platinum.

Beyonce has 13 million twitter Followers.... Wayne has 14.5 million.... Beyonce's highest selling week in history before this digital album was 500k.... Wayne sold DOUBLE THAT IN A WEEK TWICE...:merchant:

50 cent did 1.1 mil in a short week. Bigger than anything Wayne done and now he can't get a release date. Just because Wayne did big numbers once doesn't mean he will again. Seezy is the next 50. That's clear.
