I always imagined his last album would be similar to the Chronic but instead feature the biggest names in hip hop along with ppl from the past all over the disc.

With the amount of ppl who ghostwrote for Detox, imagine a Dre album that felt like a movie again with appearances from Jay Z, Nas, Drake, Lil Wayne, Busta Rhymes, Andre 3000, T.I., J. Cole, Mary J. Blige, Scarface, and R. Kelly with recurring appearances throughout by Snoop, Eminem, Kendrick, 50 Cent, Game, Kurupt, Daz, Cube, Jon Connor, etc with some unreleased Nate Dogg vocals

I listed names like Drake, T.I. and Wayne because they've ghostwrote for Detox, names like Jay, Mary, Kelly, Busta and Nas because he's worked with them before and names like Cole and Andre because he's said he's fans of them

the soundtrack to "compton" should've just been music that influenced dre and n.w.a. durin' that era, not the bullshyt he put out

he could've put out a 2 disc soundtrack of an album of all the 70's and early 80's music that influenced him for the soundtrack

now that shyt would've been tight

its a shame rap is missing in grown man rap because everybody wants to relive their childhood
No shots; the biggest market in rap are young white kids and women.

How would you market "grown man" Rap to them?

Track 1; don't go to the club, you got work tomorrow/you should wake up early and take your kid to the park?

You saw what happened to Jay (Kingdom Come was more self indulgent than "grown") and how he had to switch it up, again, and drop Reasonable Doubt 2?
