It is better than titanfall after playing the beta. It does not feel next gen though. I don't see the "ambitious" part of it. Something like planetside seemed more ambitious to me although it got old fast.

Killzone (it's not locked at 60 but it's higher than 30fps)

And I hope you know, this is a new generation of consoles, meaning we shouldn't be looking for the same experiences that we had to deal with last gen.

Also, it's been documented that the main reason Bungie decided to put it at 30fps is because they want parity with the last gen consoles (which IMO is complete bullshyt), so yeah, it's not like it's impossible like you're implying.

The beta for this game has an exploration mode with a pretty big overworld that has lots of random events and can be tackled with a gang of nikkas(other day me and @Front 2 Back was with like 6 other randoms fighting waves of enemies.), story missions, and a strike and then you got a PVP mode and a tower which plays beautiful music while you're running around a Citadel upgrading and buying weapons.
