no but they'll be remembered, and thats more than enough

i honestly think ludacris is one of the most disappointing career trajectories despite all the success, formulaic as fukk just to get caked up

with that said ludacris has more than a handful of great songs, and my low key favorite is "slap" just because it wasn't the usual safe bullshyt

to go more in depth, ludacris always did a 'angry, get the fukk back song', followed by a club song, followed by a love/sex song. every fukking time

just not legendary.
ti
jeezy
outkast
goodie mob
gooch
all have a more enduring legacy

Ludacris's legacy easily >>>>> Gucci Mane and Jeezy. Goodie Mob and T.I. are arguable. OutKast's legacy >>>>> Ludacris.

Ludacris at one point was sought out by Jermaine Dupri, L.A. Reid, and Timbaland to sign a deal. He ended up at Def Jam South under Scarface. Luda's legacy is killing features, crazy videos, and his animated rhymes. He was also a respected lyricist.

Career wise, Ludacris had a nice 10 year run (2000-2010). He had a couple of sub-par albums out of seven LP's, but there are other legends who also have duds in their catalogs. Otherwise, Luda's catalog is pretty solid. In terms of longevity, he trumps every artist on that list except OutKast with T.I. being a close competitor.

If it's limited to the A, Ludacris has been featured on or made some of the biggest Atlanta anthems. "Welcome to Atlanta" and even though they were R&B records, Ciara's "Oh" and Usher's "Yeah" come to mind. He also flipped GA's state song "Georgia On My Mind" with Field Mob and Jamie Fox for "Georgia". He also created a Southern anthem with "Southern Hospitality".

Fab's album discography doesn't match up to many of his peers but I personally feel that he has had one of the most underrated feature runs in recent memory. I don't think that he will go down as a "legend" as such but he's on the rung beneath.
