espn contract with the nba is up in 2016, so fox then can offer a huge contract

the nfl contract isn't up till 2021

they probably can offer mlb or nhl a contract but the u.s. has lost interest in baseball and nhl really ain't poppin till playoffs...

ESPN is the Roman Empire, breh. No sports network is going to sniff ESPN ratings, personalities, "big name" analysts, contracts, etc. in our lives.

Only thing any network can compete with is programming since ESPN really only has a few quality programs, but it's pretty understood that, unfortunately, good programming =/= good ratings

Charissa Thompson was one of the few females on ESPN with any type of charisma or personality. Most of the other regulars are little too old or reserved for a show like sports nation. The only decent replacement I can think of would be Cassidy Hubbarth.
